CHOCOLATE CHIPS MUFFINS

Ingredients:
200g Flour
2tsp Baking Powder
1/4tsp Sodium Bicarbonate
125g Butter (I used Salted Butter)
100g Fresh Milk (I used Full Cream)
1tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Whole Egg (slightly whisk)
85g Sugar (less sweet)
Chocolate Chips (I used beryls)
Thermomix method:
- Pre-heat the oven at 180’C
- Sift the Flour, Baking powder & Sodium bicarbonate. Set aside
(Sift | Turbo mode | 2secs | 2times) - Melt the Butter
(Melt | 5 min | 100°C | speed 1) - Add in Milk, Vanilla Essence, Egg, Sugar & Flour. If the flour is not well incorporated, just fold & mix well using spatula
(Mix | 20 sec | speed 3) - Pour the batter into 3/4 of the muffin liners & topped with Chocolate Chips
- Bake the muffins at 180’C for 20-30 mins until cook – crusty & brownish
- Serve hot!

Notes:
• Can mix the mixture with chocolate chips too
• Can topped the muffins with almond nibs
• Yield at about 12 muffins
