Kebetulan afiqah ada beli Ketam haritu dekat Shopee. Cuma comel pula ketamnya bila dah sampai. Afiqah cuba resepi ni memang sedap. Kuah Chilli Crabs ni kalau cicah mantou/roti saja pun dah sedap sangat sangat!

Untuk resepi ni, afiqah ada tweak sikit. Sebab ketam kecil comel je, afiqah tak steam pun, masukkan terus dalam Mixing Bowl.

A must try tau!

Chilli Crabs
Kredit resepi: Fatennasy

Step 1:
2 biji Bawang Besar
4 ulas Bawang Putih
1 inci Halia
130g Minyak Masak

> Blend | 30secs | speed 10

• Step 2: Tambah,
70g Minyak Masak

> Sauté | 15mins | 120’C | speed 1

• Step 3: Tambah,
60g Minyak Masak
3-4tbsp Cili Boh

> Sauté | 5mins | 120’C | Speed 1

• Step 4: Tambah,
160g Sos Cili
3-4tbsp Sos Tomato
100ml Air
2tsp Garam Pink

> Masak | 20mins | Varoma | Spoon speed

Kalau ketam besar, boleh steam ketam dalam Varoma set dekat step ni (multi-layer cooking) – Once dah siap step ni, alihkan Varoma set dan gantikan dengan Measuring Cup

• Step 5: Tambah,
2biji Telur (slightly beaten) – tuang atas Mixing Bowl lid thru Measuring Cup hole

> Masak | 2mins | 100’C | Spoon speed

• Step 6:
Masukkan Ketam yang dah di steam tadi ke dalam Mixing Bowl

> Masak | 2mins | 100’C | Reversed | Spoon speed
