Sardine & Egg Pizza Buns Thermomix

Salam & Hi! Last week afiqah bake this Sardine & Egg Pizza Buns. Alhamdulillah, memang sedap makan panas-panas. The best part, uli roti dengan Thermomix ni, 5minit je. Sangat mudah & menjimatkan masa 😄

Dough:
280g Bread Flour (afiqah used All Purpose Flour)
130g Fresh Milk
30g Castor Sugar
1 Large Egg
5g Salt
3g Instant Yeast
40g Butter

Filling:
Sardine + Mayo
Eggs
Veggies
Cheese
Parsley

Thermomix Method:

  1. Add milk, sugar, egg and yeast
    (20secs | 45’C | Speed 3)
  2. Add in flour and salt (Knead | 1min)
  3. Add in butter (Knead | 4mins)
  4. Remove the dough and let is rest for about 25 mins
  5. Divide the dough equally into 8pcs. Round and shape. Rest it for another 5 to 10 mins
  6. Make a slope using glass bottom, proof for a while & put in the filling
  7. Brush with egg wash + a lil bit of milk. Sprinkle with some cheese & parsley
  8. Bake at 170’C for 15 to 20 mins (depends on your oven)
  9. Pipe some mayo or any sauces that you like. Serve hot!
