FLUFFY DONUT 🍩
Alhamdulillah, semalam afiqah sempat buat Donut Gebu ni. Total time uli dengan TM6 – 5minit 20saat. Bab uli dengan TM6 ni memang sangat memudahkan, alhamdulillah.
Donut ni super soft & fluffy, sedap & tak muak, the best part bahan-bahan pun simple je 😊
SUPER SOFT & FLUFFY DONUT
Ingredients:
1 egg yolk
160g full cream/fresh milk
40g castor sugar
250g bread flour/all purpose flour
1tbsp yeast (I used 1 and 1/2 tsp)
30g margerine (I used butter)
Thermomix method:
- Milk + yolk + yeast + sugar. 20s/45d/sp3
- Add in bread flour. 1m/knead.
- Add in butter. 4m/knead.
- Divide dough into 40-45g for each ball. Shape. Flatted. Make hole. Let it proof for 40-50m (depends on your room temperature).
- Fry in med heat.
Note:
- Afiqah guna tepung gandum & butter
- Proofing pun kurang 30mins

sememangnya akan cuba sebab saya pernah buat sekali tapi rasa masam ah entah tak tau kenapa
Hi Cik/Puan. Sukatan yis betul ya? Saya guna Saf Instant Yis, tak rasa masam macam Mauripan. Tempoh proofing terlalu lama pun boleh sebabkan donut jadi masam.
Dah try. Lembut sgt. Cepat siap. Tp kena letak garam sket kalau pakai unsalted butter
