Sugar Butter Buns Thermomix 🍞

• Ingredients:
1 whole eggs
120g Full Cream Milk
55g Gula
250g Bread Flour
1tsp Instant Yeast
33g Butter
• Topped:
Salted Butter
Sugar
• Thermomix Method:
- Milk, Yeast, Sugar & Eggs
(20secs | 45’C | speed 3) - Add in bread flour (knead | 1min )
- Add in butter (knead | 4mins)
- Divide dough into 40g each. Shape & line 9 dough balls in the 7inch baking tray.
- Proof the dough for 45mins to 1hour (maybe longer depends on the surrounding temperature)
- Cut the center of the dough & place the sliced salted butter on top. Sprinkle sugars**
- Bake at 160’C for 20mins (until cook – brownish on top)
- Ready to serve hot!
• Tips: afiqah proofing dalam oven, panas kan 50’C dalam 10-15mins dan letak dough.
Overall menguli dengan Thermomix ni kalau tengok hanya ambil masa dalam 5minit 20saat sahaja, sangat menjimatkan masa, alhamdulillah 🥰
